Easy to Operate

1. Remove the head by unlocking the two lock handles and sliding out the stainless steel bar.
2. Place masa and meat in the respective cylinders; masa should remain at room temperature.
3. Reattach the head and secure with the bar and lock handles.
4. Turn the hand crank to prepare tamales.
